    Is there Thalasso Spa in SUITOPIA Sol y Mar Suites Hotel? Is it included? Yes, in SUITOPIA Sol y Mar Suites Hotel is a Thalassian Suitopía Spa (sea water) and treatment cabins. Thalassian Suitopía Spa is not included in the price, unless you book a getaway where indicate that this service is included.

    Are children allowed to stay in Thalasso Spa? If so, what is the schedule? Children from 4 till 11 years old are allowed to entry to Thalasso Spa. If they are younger they can not entry.

    What is close to SUITOPIA Sol y Mar Suites Hotel?Calpe is one of the most beautiful village in Costa Blanca area. It is situated between Altea and Moraira, in the heart of the Costa Blanca. To stand out sorrounding Calpe:

      Is the parking included? Can I reserve a space?The car park is public. It is not possible to reserve it, but there are more than 400 parking spaces. The price is €15 per 24 hours for hotel guests. For longer stays, please ask the car park for special rates for subscribers.

      Is use of the kitchen included?
      Use of the kitchen is subject to prior arrangement (please let us know when booking or upon arrival at the hotel, subject to a supplement).

      Do the rooms have a double bed? What are bed sizes? Half of the bedrooms in the hotel have a King Size double bed and the other half have 2 beds which are 105cm wide.  The type of bed is subject to availability.

      From what time can I use the room? According to Valencian regulations, the official time of access to the hotel is at 16:00 hours.

      When is the check-out time? The official check-out time is at 12:00 hours.

      Is smoking allowed in the bedrooms? And in the communal areas? No, smoking is prohibited in the bedrooms or in any closed area of the hotel.

      Do you accept pets? Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

      Are drinks included? Drinks are not included in the restaurant services.

      Can we use the outdoor pool if we are not staying at the hotel? The outdoor pool is exclusively for guests staying at the hotel.  Clients of Gran Hotel Sol y Mar are allowed to use it with prior notice.

      Is there an indoor swimming pool? We do not have an indoor swimming pool.

      Is there a heated pool? No, is a tempered pool, next to the Pool Bar.

      Can children enter the Sky Lounge Bar? Yes, they can.

      Can clients access the gymnasium for free?  Clients can use the gymnasium with no charge.

      Is it compulsory to pay by credit card?I would like to pay in cash. In order to book we need a credit card as a guarantee, however  you can pay your bill, either by card or cash.  We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards. According to the law, it is not permitted to pay more than 999€ in cash.

      Is the cleaning service of the kitchen included in the rooms Suitopia and Suitopia with sea views if I hire the use of the kitchen? No, it is not included.

      Does the hotel offer kettles? Yes, you can request the kettle service on demand at the hotel reception. You have to pay a €25 deposit.
