1.- Personal data protection
Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. with the purpose of carrying out the services offered, through www.granhotelsolymar.com, as well as offering personalized products and services, thus improving the commercial relationship, and managing the requests made by our customers, will treat their customers’ personal information in an automated manner for the purposes described below.
Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. guarantee their responsibility for files and state that they are duly declared and registered in the Spanish Registro General de la Agencia de Protección de Datos, being the data base available in the following website (http://www.agpd.es)
Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. inform the client of his/her right to exercise: access, rectification, deletion and opposition, directing his/her communication in writing to the appropriate service:

1.2. Book on-line
By completing the Online Booking form, each guest agrees with, and authorizes Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. to use and treat by automated means the personal data supplied, in order to proceed with the requested booking and to carry out a personalized offer of products and services and to improve and enhance the commercial relationship with our customers. In the same way, to transfer this data to the companies forming Tradia Hotel S.L.U, Suitopia Hotel S.L.d, associated with the following sectors: tourism, leisure, restaurant industry, hotels, travel agencies, aviation, car rental, in addition to the timeshare properties, both inside and outside of Spain, for the aforementioned purposes. The client who makes a booking is also advised that his/her personal data and booking details will be transferred to the companies that intervene in the arrangement of the booking and/or travel, regardless of the country in which these companies are situated. It being possible to transfer internationally the data, with the intention to ensure exclusivity of arrangement and booking and assure its execution.
1.3. Booking conditions, services and cancellations.
Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. reserve the right to change the opening hours of any facility of the resort for operating or production reasons.
Bookings are protected by the provisions of the Spanish Royal Decree on the bookings and prices in tourist establishments in the Valencian Community of 11 February 19/1997 (at your disposal on www.docv.gva.es/portal/ficha_disposicion_pc.jsp?sig=0406/1997&L=1), with the exception of that which has been accepted in this document, in accordance with the stipulated agreement to the reduction of any cancellation fees incurred. Cancellation will incur the following fees.
-Cancellations made between 5 and 2 days prior to the date of arrival, will incur a charge of payment of the first night’s accommodation fee.
— Cancellations made on the day prior to the date of arrival will incur a charge of the two first night´s accommodation.
` No-show´ in the Hotel on the reserved date of arrival will incur a penalty charge of the first 3 night´s accommodation
The protection of the best guaranteed price will be applied only to general sales prices, not to possibles agreements between companies that are the reason for advantageous conditions between groups outside the hotel chain.
1.4. Register in the distribution list Offers and Promotions
Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. informs you that your email will be registered in an automated file (distribution list) in order to supply you, by email, information about our latest news and special offers
Tradia S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel, S.L. guarantee that your personal data will be treated in confidence and not be shared with any third party. This excludes those parties already agreed to in this document.
Tradia Hotel S.L.U. and Suitopia Hotel S.L. guarantee that your personal data will be confidentially processed, and that the server where it is stored and processed will comply with the security measures established by the Spanish law on data protection.

For all of our stablishments, GRAN HOTEL SOL Y MAR, SUITOPÍA-Sol y Mar Suites Hotel and APARTMENTOS DEL MAR, reservations on full board automatically include the first lunch service, and on the last day, your breakfast. However, if on the day of arrival you do not wish to have lunch, it is necessary to advise the hotel by calling 96 587 50 55 with a minimum 24 hours notice, without notice this service may not be used or changed. Any and all changes to lunch or dinner services must realised with 24 hours notice.
In SUITOPÍA-Sol y Mar Suites Hotel, Cleaning of the Kitchen is never included in the price independently the meal service choosen.
In APARTMENTOS DEL MAR cleaning of the Apartment is not included.
In summer season (from 1st May to 31st October) for APARTAMENTOS DEL MAR the policy cancellactions is the following: Reservations cancelled between 21 and 15 days prior to the arrival date: 2 nights fee over the the total ammount of the resevations; from 14 to 7 days prior de arrival: 3 nights fees ; from 7 to 1 days before the arrival:4 nights fees.
In winter season the policy cancellations in APARTMENTOS DEL MAR is the following: Reservations cancelled between 5 and 2 days prior to the arrival date, first night fee as maximum, Reservations cancelled 1 day prior to the arrival date, 2 first nights fee as maximum, No- Show will take 3 nights of fee maximum.
If malfunction and/or technical breakdown of the web occur, resulting in erroneous information about prices and availability being provided; the Hotel reserves the right to decline the reservation, the client being informed within a period of 96 hours.
